DOES PEDROS PROVIDE FINANCE?

Pedros is not a registered finance institution, however we provide you with contact details for
Finance institutions you may contact for assistance.

DOES PEDROS APPROVE FUNDING FROM THE GOVERNMENT?

The government funder requires you to be approved first before they can give you the funds
and this is not in alignment with our franchising process as we require you to have a minimum
of $300 000 unencumbered funds before you can start the process. Therefor it is critical that
you have liquid funds available which are unencumbered funds of your own.

CAN I START THE PROCESS AND RAISE THE INITIAL UNENCUMBERED FUNDS DURING THE PROCESS OR AFTER MY STORE OPENS?

Unencumbered funds are required to be shown at the start of your application process in the form of a 3-month stamped bank statement.

DOES PEDROS CHARGE MONTHLY ROYALTY FEES AND IF SO AT WHAT PERCENTAGE?

5% – Royalty Fee, based on your monthly Total Net Sales.

2% – Marketing Fee.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?

5 Years

AT WHAT STAGE DO I HAVE TO PAY THE JOINING FEE AND IS IT ONCE OFF OR MONTHLY?

Franchise Joining Fees & Design and Project management fees are payable once a site is
allocated to you and your Lease Agreement is signed.

DOES PEDROS PROVIDE TRAINING?

6 Weeks compulsory training for Operating Partner

4 Weeks compulsory training for Non-Active Franchise Partner

WHATS THE JOINING PROCESS?
  • Submit your application pack and supporting documents.
  • First round interview
  • Second round interview if applicable
  • Site allocation process
  • Management approval
DO I HAVE TO FIND MY OWN SITE?
  • All sites offered to us by Landlords, or found by our own team, are offered out on a tender basis, and will be awarded to the best pre-approved franchise partner.
  • You should also scout for your own sites and present site to us for evaluation once you are approved as a Franchise Partner.

Please note that all sites that are being considered are subject to final board approval for site and allocation of best franchise partner.
